Vxt's Pipedrive integration seamlessly connects your phone system to your CRM.
After finishing a phone call, Vxt will automatically identify matching Pipedrive contacts to link the call record to. You can also create a new Pipedrive contact directly inside Vxt, and immediately link the call to the newly created contact.
This will create an activity on the contact with call details, notes, and a link to any recording or transcription of the call in Vxt. If you update the call's notes in Vxt, this will automatically update the associated activity in Pipedrive too.
Contact syncing makes your Pipedrive contacts available in Vxt so you can always see who's calling. Click-to-call also allows you to easily call your contacts from Pipedrive.
