I like it as it allows us to use forms everywhere to bring information that's important to deals into our CRM.
CONS: You can't map the fields to existing primary fields all the time or use the same format, so you end up with duplicate or redundant entries.
Really happy that they finally added the ability to add a deal using the contact instead, so we don't have random deal cards.
