Easy to send messages, difficult to know when someone replied. Never got that part working. It would stall or fail every time and I would miss messages. Not a good look for a sales person.

Nie zawsze się łączy PD z Twillio łatwo. Czasami wtyczka się rozłącza. Po pierwszym połączeniu, później nam się rozłączyła wtyczka i nie mogliśmy jej połączyć od nowa. To spowodowało, że rzadko korzystamy

Grundidee passend und die App ist definitiv hilfreich. Auftretende Probleme, werden meist kurzfristig vom Support gelöst.. Feinschliff im Detail , daran sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Wir werden die APP weiterhin nutzen.

The basic functionality is very good. It makes communication via whatsapp more easy to initiate with new customers/leads.
Setting up is easy ones your twilio account is working, the integration could be slightly more intuitive especially in seeing more cleary open conversations.
A mobile solution for one th go would be very useful.
