The quote $ is stilly i have to manually refresh. If it's integrated i don't get why it doesn't update it on it's own over time.

Terrible - it is unreliable and inconsistent.

Literally could not do my job without it. Paycove + pipedrive alow my team to move extremely fast in closing deals

it works and I need it because strangely enough, a CRM/Deal Tracking company doesn't include invoice generation in it's services.

The integration has some issues that make it less than reliable. (1) Oftentimes field data does not transfer completely to Paycove invoices. (2) Sometimes the email sent out does not include the PDF attachment. (3) Setting up a field to sync from Paycove to Pipedrive always creates a "large text" field instead of a relevant field type (for dates). (4) Invoice number field does not allow for direct input from Pipedrive without the additional numbers from Paycove - you can edit the formatting but it cannot be disabled. (5) Support was not helpful or receptive to feedback without an "extra fee". Hopefully there are improvements on these issues in the future.

Paycove and its Pipedrive app work great! I'm the Sales Manager for a small business. Counting myself, there are 3 sales people who primarily use Paycove, and about 6 other users with access. I was quoting/invoicing with Excel before upgrading to Paycove, and as our team grew we needed something more powerful. Paycove delivers. My accounting department loves it too; we all know that life is easier when they're happy ;-) With everything saved automatically to the corresponding deals in Pipedrive, it couldn't be much more convenient. We've not yet integrated credit card payments or had need to use the recurring payments feature, but I plan to do so in the future and I'm pleased that it offers so many features. I also really like the way the plans are setup: we're on the Professional Plan, and for me it all comes down to how many templates you are allowed (4 with professional). Some of the competing products limit users, or quantity of quotes/invoices. That may be a better fit for someone else, but I like that I all my admin people have access so they can pull invoices as needed instead of going through me. The template editor is an area that I think could use some work. The default template is fine, but I wanted something more customized to my company's needs, I assume most people would feel the same. I am not a programmer, but I know "just (barely) enough to be dangerous", and the Liquid syntax that Paycove uses is pretty simple to pick up. Depending on the degree of customization you want and your abilities, I would expect to spend at least 1/2 a day working on it. FWIW 1/2 day is a worthy investment to know that you're making the right impression with your quotes/invoices. Once you get it doing what you want, it is an extremely powerful tool. The only other minor issue is that pulling data from Pipedrive into Paycove doesn't always get it right the first time. However, refresh straightens things out each time we've run into this. Highly recommended!

Our organization has been using Paycove for almost a full year now. It has cut hours from the invoicing process. This allows us to focus on billable work and clients, instead of invoicing. It has helped even more with the onset of Covid as the clients prefer these electronic invoices over the paper version! People are asking me what software I'm using and I'm happy to refer them to Paycove! The entire Paycove team is awesome and has helped walk me through setup and configuration and helped me extend the capabilities of the software! We are even now working with them to integrate with my Quickbooks to automate that process as well. If you are looking to empower your sales organization, reduce the time to invoice, increase collections and generally make sales and accounting become friends again. I highly recommend this integration. If there are things you think you need or just can't figure out how to do. The team at Paycove will help you work through them! Thank you!

We have been using Paycove for over a month now and the integration with Pipedrive is wonderful! It helps our sales team streamline our billing process, which helps us close deals, faster. This way, we can focus on providing the best experience to our customers. The billing/purchasing process should be an easy process and with Paycove, it actually is! Our sales numbers are skyrocketing and the deal velocity (the time it takes for a deal to close) is decreasing, thanks to Paycove! The Paycove team is awesome -- they are all super friendly, willing to help, smart, and genuinely great people! It is has been a pleasure working with them so far and we are excited to continue to work together. Their team has been working with us to ensure our billing requirements are met for our clients and they are very responsive to our requests/issues. I would strongly recommend this integration to anyone who wants to improve their quotation/invoicing system!

Paycove integrated with our existing Pipedrive seamlessly, and greatly reduced our effort on creating quotes an invoice. The user interface is very intuitive and very efficient. The quotation and invoice delivered maintain a professional outlook and format that impressed our customers and partners. The Paycove Team is also very helpful during our implementation and provide great advice to us. The after sales support provide even more help and guideline when we are trying to fully utilize the platform, and are willing to take suggestions and make improvement accordingly. The new "Product Bundle" feature is great and provide more customization on the quotation. It will be even better if we can rearrange the order of the items by "drag and drop", and having the feature to provide a section header to the items so we can group the items/bundles for easier reading. We are very impressed with what Paycoves and their team member effort! Strongly recommend to any company looking for a easy to use quotation/Invoice accounting system.

Seriously impressed with this software and the way it integrates with Pipedrive. It's taken our clumsy quote to sales order process from 20 mins per time to less than 2. We now look more professional and feel we're converting more leads because of how efficient and professional we look. Compiling quotes used to be a chore, now with Paycove it's and absolute pleasure, and a breeze! Highly recommend using the free trial, their support team are great and will talk you though the very easy set up. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I think the integration is pretty seamless between pipedrive and paycove. I can't speak to the invoicing side of this platform as we are purely testing this for using it as a quoting tool that is in sync with pipedrive. Overall it's simple and clean to use, i'd be happier if they had two different products one for invoicing and one for quote management. For the quote management one issue that pipedrive users like myself will have, is that if you don't use the inventory option it may not work as well. We're a retailer so we have an advance POS system and a complex inventory so we would never be able to use it with pipedrive like others. Due to this we have to manually enter every line item in a text box and do the math ourselves. Then we update the pipedrive deal total to have it reflect the paycove total to then send out a quote. It's unfortunate as this seems very backwards for us. I will note that as we don't use half of the features in the platform and only quoting, they were very flexible in working out a different pricing plan so we didn't have to pay for features that none of our users will use in our organization.

Works right away ! I've been impressed by the Paycove app integration to my Pipedrive process. First of all it worked immediately (And I tried other apps). I did some modifications of the first quotes/invoices but just to customise it, I could have send it just like that. So very good, very easy. Then about the pipedrive process, Paycove is really integrated, It generate a quote or invoice at different stages of your sales process. For example you qualified a lead, you move your opportunity, Paycove has already generated a quote for you ! Amazing and very useful. And you can access your quote/invoice from your pipedrive deals. You can view it or modify it. I am Fan, it works right away and it does it well ! As usual, you want everything for nothing, I found the price too hight for my purpose. I am doing only 5 quotes/months and the starter plan is a bit expensive for me. But at the end, I am using it because I can concentrate on my work, no on my quotes.. !

Not bad, once you get your head around how it works. It would be ideal to have the invoices editable in Pipedrive.

Paycove for pipedrive is really a great extension. Thanks to Paycove we can now automatically create quotes and invoices without leaving the CRM pipedrive. This has made our processes even more efficient and our sales department no longer has to leave pipedrive. Colleagues can work even more efficiently because they don't have to switch back and forth between several programs.
