Seit einiger Zeit haben wir ein wiederkehrendes Problem, das unseren Arbeitsfluss massiv stört: Am Anfang von Gesprächen ist man teilweise nicht richtig zu hören. Das passiert trotz kabelgebundener Headsets, daher wirkt es nicht wie ein typisches Bluetooth-/Verbindungs-Thema. Für den Kunden ist das extrem irritierend und für uns schlicht unnötig „friction“ direkt in den ersten Sekunden des Calls.
Zweiter Punkt: Das CloudTalk-Fenster lässt sich nicht sinnvoll verkleinern. Es ist teilweise so groß, dass es uns im Arbeitsprozess den halben Bildschirm blockiert. Gerade im Vertrieb, wenn parallel CRM, Notizen und Recherche offen sind, ist das richtig nervig und kostet Zeit.
Ansonsten läuft CloudTalk bei uns grundsätzlich gut. Aber diese beiden Punkte sind echte Prozess-Killer im Alltag.

The upgrade process seems to be absolutely horrible. The app itself works okay. Went through the demo with this one, tried to upgrade. It said I needed to email accounts for approval, and I emailed accounts; I didn't get any response back. They closed down my support ticket. So I cannot upgrade or use their product. Will end up using another platform.

I support Turkey region as an SDR while I am here in Philippines and it is compatible. The conversations I have with my prospects are clear. It doesnt disconnect just like other voips I tried that are prepaid. We also use HubSpot CRM Making it seamless to view data and track things easily. I love that it connects the notes in app to our CRM its convenient. We dont need an IT support because Cloudtalk is userfriendly plus the Livechat support is superb! The one thing I am thinking is the price as its higher than other voip but for a big company its worth it. There are some parts too that Id like to be custom for our company but we are 2 for now so maybe in the future..

Truly awful experience. It worked okay during the free trial after so many initial integration fixes. Then I start to pay for it and everything crashed again. I have not gone 1 day since buying this awful software without needing to reach out to customer support for a critical function fix. Often spending half the day unable to make or receive calls. My level does not come with phone support which is annoying but I get it. However, the ai chat bot on their site often times out and loses your place in line. Email support takes days to get back. I hear back about a critical function not working on a Thursday after emailing them on Monday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am only using it because I have not found another software that can only purchase 1 seat

I use CloudTalk from the development side, building custom integrations with our CRM, using the CloudTalk API and vice versa. There are lots of good features, however the new Analytics API seems to be consistently failing, despite reassurances from support that the issue is fixed. 404 errors when trying to retrieve call transcripts, sentiment etc. For us, these integrations are business critical to how we manage staff.
From the desktop app side, there are consistently issues with tags failing to load post call, and recently we experienced being unable to access call recording links. There is a new issue every week that stalls what we are trying to achieve as a business. We are a sales based call centre, and are reliant on CloudTalk. Support are responsive, and assure us issues are fixed, yet they reoccur frequently.
If you are using CloudTalk SOLELY for calling, with no need for the AI analytics, you'll probably be happy with it most of the time. If you're using it for anything beyond that, you will likely end up as frustrated as I am.

Like that it is connected to CRM and you do not have to imports contacts separately and can use only for dialling - even if contact is not in CRM and use as just normal phone. If I would need more of functionality then I would comment but now I only use it as dialer.

What we don't like is that the call logs (outbound an inbound calls, both attempts and successful) are logged in as Activities and not Notes.
As we often need to try to call dozens of times before being able to get ahold of the client, the massive number of open (or completed) activities feels quite spammy and overwhelming.
A simple note would be better and we'd enable that feature immediately!

Then to top it off, once I got an answer to my inq, took another long time frame to get another answer. Sometime it took over 1.5 hrs for a simple question for any answer. CloudTalk app works fine with Pipedrive overall. Cloudtalk picks up information very quickly from Pipedrive. Let's say I update the phone number for specific lead and call them immediately, CT would already know that I'm calling to this specific contact (Might look not important, but believe me other call providers do not have it and it's not comfortable). However, there are some small bugs. For example, when importing a lot of leads to Pipedrive at once, CT somehow picks up all the numbers and puts them under one contact name. Overall CT is a great tool for inbound and outbound calls and one of the best value for the price.

App works fine with Pipedrive. The setup was fairly easy to do, however there a few things with the software that limit what you can do. I have noticed there are some caching issues, where it will redial the last number dialed rather then the number clicked on. I believe it is from clicking on the browser back button. Also, the automations with API's do not work, and you cannot easily text someone after a call. You have to go to history, select a phone number, then you are on the text screen for that contact. Extra steps are unnecessary. Support has been very poor, mainly due to long (day or 2) before getting a response, and responses not addressing my issue, or not on topic. Since we are very familiar with contact center technology we have been able to deal with some of the issues. However, the integration with Pipedrive is good and I don't have any complaints there. I personally think they need to step up on dealing with contacts and tags so you can mass download, then update and mass upload the changes. Rates are pretty standard, but it works fine for us at the moment.

Their app doesnt work. Literally...you cannot take calls inbound or outbound from their app. You have to be sitting behind the computer for it to work. I was given the run around so many times. That wasnt our companies only frustration!... We were charged much more than we were originally quoted. Watch out for that, I guarentee every invoice you get from them will include a bunch of BS. This company is a fraud. Complete joke. They are also in over seas, so good luck getting help during the day if you are in the U.S Go use ring central or zoom.

Nice to have a feature that integrates although it does appear to be in its infancy. Little hiccups here and there as far as calls dropped or glitching when answering calls. I'd say it works 95% of the time. The mobile app does not have the integration features the desktop app has so you won't be able to add notes or contact info to pipedrive from the phone. The desktop app works sorta well, it sometimes recognizes contact numbers saved in Pipedrive but not all the time. I find myself using it mostly because it captures all call recordings and works well as a VOIP with the answering machine options we need. I'd recommend it, just know what it can and can't do.

I tried Cloudtalk given the strong reviews, but I've been disappointed with the product so far and am back looking for alternatives. The integration with Pipedrive is easy to configure, but I haven't been able to get the SMS feature to work, they don't have offer SMS on their app, and I was unable to schedule an onboarding call for a few days. In general, I have been displeased with their onboarding process, as I don't find the system to be intuitive, especially setting up a unique voicemail. This system may work well for some and the agent who handled porting for me was very responsive, but I'm hoping I find a better solution.
