Our integration with Pipedrive allows you to sync leads from Popl over to your Pipedrive account as people, deals, leads, or contacts.
The integration will create or update records based on whether they are found in Pipedrive, automatic de-duplication is built in.

Bottom Line: This service is a lifesaver for my time in entering lead information!
I don't use this service in person, I guess my area/clientele isn't really adept with exchanging info digitally yet, BUT I do use it for physical cards. I usually have to manually type them into our CRM which used to take FOREVER. Now I can just scan the card, maybe every now and then I have to tweak the info, but it's accurate 95% of the time.
That being said, I do have a gripe as far as our CRM (Pipedrive) integration goes. I could never get it to automatically add the contacts as we create them, I have to manually select and export my contacts to Pipedrive. Honestly this isn't a huge deal, but not all my employees are as tech savvy as me, so it not being seamless is a pretty big con in my book.

I can't believe the low level of service I have received - this has been an awful experience so far and I'm not sure I would have my company use this product.

Has not connected correctly to our Pipedrive Platform. They said it could be a IT bug issue.
