I have used them for almost 2 years but they have changed their pricing and removed features and reserved them for higher pricing tiers. I am really disappointed and I am looking to switch. The call quality is also not great a lot of the time, but I put up with it before because it was affordable. It isn't cheap anymore. I cannot recommend it. You can get more for the same price or even less with other options.

I have tried many of the phone integrations and haven't been thrilled with any of them. Toky gave me a lengthy trial and I liked it better than some of the others, but I've decided to use another provider and wish one of them put together a product that works well for me. Toky's integration is different than most others in that they don't do a contact synch, so if you want to see the contact's name, you place the call from pipedrive vs. toky. You can upload a CSV file of contacts to Toky, but they don't auto update, so it's not ideal if you add/delete contacts. Also, like many mobile apps, their phone system gets interrupted when you get a call on your mobile's native dialer, which is a big issue if you use their mobile app often. Also, I wish they had conference calling, but this is less important for me. I had an okay experience with their service team, with some fast responses and some slow ones. Overall, it's an okay system for some and their pricing is better than many options, but I'm moving on.

Really like the tight integration between Pipedrive and Toky. Both Apps have a bi-directional update feature, whether you use Toky direct or Pipedrive for phone calls or SMS messages...which is great. I use a simple copy and paste technique from pre-defined SMS messages (which I keep in Notepad) when I need to text somebody (just changing their first name). Its a very efficient and quick way of communication for new enquiries I receive in Pipedrive. The Toky SMS mailshot feature (which is a simply add-on for Google Sheets), is also an incredible effective way of reaching out to customers - and a log of that is added to Pipedrives notes for each customer. I can then watch inbound SMS replies appear in Toky, and respond quickly (with the log captured in Pipedrive). I would recommend this combination of CRM and Toky communication tool, to make your life easier if you need to respond to lots of customers in a proactive way.

I have been using Toky for several months now and have been very pleased. On desktop, in particular, the click-to-call and click-to-SMS has been a great help. Every operation is recorded in the appropriate Pipedrive deal. For a time, the sound quality on the mobile app was sub-par, but it has been much better for many weeks now. Toky is not the only phone integration available in Pipedrive, but it is the one that works best for us. One wished-for feature: to be able to invoke "templates" when sending SMS messages.

I have been on for two weeks and so far it's been great. Call quality is very good. Support was prompt and helpful when setting up. Integration with Pipedrive was seamless. I know it is still very early but its one of the better integration experiences for me.

The integration is good but the service (call quality) sucks. Support is no help. Also they really push the annual payment as mentioned by another review... Low and behold they will not refund any of your annual payment once you realize their are a lot better options and decide to cancel. Buyer Beware!

We are going to be moving away from Toky after using it for about a year. Call quality is never reliable, as well as missing text messages. Some days everything works great, other days it totally sucks. We've spent so much time chatting with support and nothing has improved. ***Update*** I have been a Toky client for a year. Throughout this year we were told that improvements were being made after we reported issues. Things only got worse. Inbound text messages are consistently not received, Calls have an echo, lag, and have digital static. Myself and employee's have spent a ton of time with support and things have gotten worse. To make matters worse, per their terms of service they will not refund you anything. I paid the annual fee schedule a year and a week ago. I wrongfully assumed I would get an email indicating my account was going to renew or even that it did renew and I was going to be billed. Nope, I just got billed and none of it will be refunded (I have a lot of users).. Ugh, my fault, but there should be more transparency here. Note to Toky. Your comment to this review is incorrect. You did find my account as you referenced seeing this review in a chat with support so your deflection of this has no basis.

Toky is a company that cares about their customers. Their software has a great user interface that is simple and powerful with many features and customization ability. When I have an issue someone is there to answer my questions. The CEO even reached out to make sure I was taken care of. I'm super impressed and happy to work with Toky.

We've had great success with the Toky/Pipedrive integration. I love that our phone reps can do all of their calling straight out of Pipedrive with a single click. We use wired headsets and have not had call quality issues. We call from and to US locations. Record of the call being made is automatically added to the contact in Pipedrive which is another reason for loving it. Calls are made and tracked within Pipedrive making the combo a great fully computer based contact outreach solution. Great solution for small teams making calls.

Toky developed in a very short time the changes we need in "Click to Call" add on to integrate PipeDrive and Toky. Our sales force uses it every day in every call and we are delighted. All interactions are recorded automatically both in PipeDrive and Toky and agents doesn't have to record the calls manually, improving productivity, control and monitoring. Call quality is fine (we are always connected wired and using optical fiber isp). We recommend it.

For about 1 in 10 calls, the quality is bad or audio is not working. Other than that it works very well.

Integration with Pipedrive is awesome. Text messaging works great. Call quality is absolutely horrible. We had nothing but complaints from our clients while using Toky. We tried every setting, Verizon LTE and dedicated Cisco WiFi, nothing helped. Toky support at least acknowledged the issue, and said they were actively working on a fix. After two months of "we are working on it" we moved on. Lesson learned, don't invest in their annual subscription. Even though they admitted call quality was a known issue, they refused to offer any refund. Upset clients, frustrated staff, money lost - learn from our mistake and avoid Toky.

Toky works badly for us. Clients can't hear us propperly and the connection gets lost very frequently. Next to that the rates fluctuate a lot. Expensive and lousy connection until now. If this doesn't get better we will switch back to our old provider. Robin in the Netherlands
