Poor - not useful, adds more click throughs and is difficult to link

The integration between Crisp and Pipedrive is really great for any sales rep because it combines the power of a helpdesk with the strength of Pipedrive CRM, which is amazing! What I like the most is the ability create a deal from the Helpdesk itself and also update deal information regarding a lead, straight from Crisp Inbox. That makes the sales cycle very smooth 😍

Would like to update the name in Pipedrive when edited in Crisp. Now it says "Visitor232423"

The March 2023 update to this plugin is fantastic. Before it would only sync contacts; now I can view and create activities, deals and leads on customers with emails or phone numbers without leaving Crisp. The developers even reached out to ask for feedback and implemented my suggestions within a day!

Works great. Makes the workflow from Crisp to Pipedrive much easier.

After their recent update, this integration is a must-have if you use both Crisp and Pipedrive. Don't trust the score: their old version was lacking, the new one is fantastic.

The new updates are awesome! Being able to create and view deals directly from Crisp is super helpful!

I really like the ease of deals and contacts creation combined with the simplicity of staying in one inbox where all the incoming messages are going through. Very good helpdesk for Pipedrive CRM.

Contacts synced on Crisp, not on Pipedrive!!

March 18, 2023 update: Checked the latest update, and my suggestions are still unresolved. Hopefully, Crisp Chat will make the app more usable in the near future. February 24, 2023 update: Checked their latest update, and it's still not helpful since it doesn't copy over chat notes. They should clone the function of the Intercom plugin, which integrates smoothly with Pipedrive. In addition, the app doesn't allow you to create a company when you create a contact in Crisp Chat. The app should only sync contacts in Crisp Chat and not the thousands of others I only have in Pipedrive. Also, the Crisp Chat conversation is pinned above all of the most recent email activity for a contact, which is really annoying.

Has never worked for us unfortunately.

Tricky to get working - you have to install first from the Crisp plugin page, and then once done go to Settings there, and make the connection. BUT even when working it only creates a new Contact (instantly) in Pipedrive - the chat notes are not copied over :(
