shocking issues with time zone differences has rendered the app unuseable for us. support is not getting back to us as quick as we need and if it cant be fixed i dont think we can continue subscription. hopefully we can get this sorted

Exporting data on the API is still too restricted. If I compare with Hubspot. Hubspot exports almost all the data.

It's nearly everything you wished Pipedrive's 'Reports' page could be! The analysis you can go into is immense and I've used Plecto in 3 companies now - every time I've used Plecto I've gained a lot of clarity on where things need improving and the team can see what is working and who is doing well versus those who they need to help out. Absolutely LOVE using Plecto! The only thing I'm waiting on from them is the introduction of counting the difference in days between two date fields from Pipedrive so I can bring up the sales cycle on the dashboard (but I've heard that functionality is just around the corner). Highly recommend it to any sales manager/director using Pipedrive or Hubspot, it makes your job so much easier and also makes reporting to the board or CEO a breeze.

I genuinely believe that Plecto is an optimal choice for anyone who wants to keep track of information.
While the main focus is getting your numbers onto a dashboard and tracking it from there - they have a customizable report function, that lets you get all available information and look at trends.
There are plenty of templates to get you started, and near limitless options to customize the data, however you see fit.
While that takes a bit of learning, the support team is excellent and can make even advanced setups seem easy.
Also, they respond quickly so you can get things done while you are setting it up.
If you are looking for more transparency in your business, give Plecto a try. It works wonders for us.
