The integrations does all we ask for with out being confusing. Cliently's customer service is head and shoulders the best. They always help and I never feel like bad for asking. The service has paid for its self several times over.

The integration between Pipedrive and Cliently is excelllent and VERY simple to use. The set-up is seamless; you do not need to leave your Pipedrive dashboard to use Cliently. I'm so glad I found this company and know this tool will help my company grow.

Finally something easy easy to use that differentiates me to my prospects, all in a seamlessly integrated app, Cliently. I switched from Zoho One to Pipedrive and Clienlty and now easily create workflows that allow me to contact prospects and clients in different and unique ways. I can also see everything in my CRM so I have all the data when I'm talking to my prospects. Also, I had a unique flaw on my computer that gave me some issues when trying to use the app and I must say, most companies would have just said it was my computer and issue, but the team at Cliently jumped on a screen share, took the time to figure it out and updated the app to fix my problem. SERIOUSLY? They really care about making this a great tool and a great experience. I hope my competition doesn't find out about Cliently ;-)

Cliently and Pipedrive together have really kept our company going. It's been so helpful being able to reach out to our prospects directly in pipedrive. No more spreadsheets, merging, imports... ect. All you have to do is go to the client's profile on pipedrive and click a button. This extension also post the email history on the client's profile page. If you're looking for an automated email system, choose this! Also, the support staff is so friendly and helpful. They respond back to messages almost immediately.

This should be your go to email system for Pipedrive. I was literally going crazy trying to find the right automated system for my business that work great IN Pipedrive. The owner got on a screen share with me for several hours to make sure I was taken care of. Their customer support is amazing. Priced right. Flows I can build out and easy to change the flow in Pipedrive. On top of that I can send gift cards, postcards, and even hand written notes!!
