Our application integrates Pipedrive and Zadarma virtual PBX, after setting up, the following functions will be available to you:
- Outgoing calls from Pipedrive. A call button will be added next to the phone number.
- Call routing to the appropriate manager.
- Route the call back to the PBX, if the assigned manager cannot be reached.
- Display the client's name on the IP phone
- Speech recognition for calls
- Incoming SMS via integration
- Create contact by call (Incoming & outgoing )
- Listen to audio recordings of calls.
Integration app is free. You must have a Zadarma account and an installed application for calls or a configured IP phone.

I really wanted to use this app, and tried contacting multiple times, they keep on telling the same thing, I really wanted to do a google meets or zoom, they did not do it. I wasted 1 week on trying to communicate with them.

Utilizzo l'integrazione ormai da alcune settimane, mi trovo molto bene e soprattutto il prezzo è molto accessibile. Non mancano per bug e difetti. Migliorabile sotto alcuni aspetti e un pò complicata da impostare inizialmente, il sevizio assistenza sia di pipedrive che di zadarma mi hanno aiutato molto velocemente a settare correttamente le varie funzioni.

Hard to use. I expected something more. As now I have troubles to install correctly. Support said „it should work”. Hard to prepare scenarios. I asked to help or make presentation. They send link to install. It is not useful. Think twice before use this. Contact is good. Quick. And this is reason 2 star, not 1.

We have been using Zadarma telephony services for several years and are very satisfied - adequate communication quality, a very convenient personal account in which it is easy to add or change the composition of services. The main thing is market prices, very simple connection of phones and prompt technical support - all issues were resolved in the shortest possible time. In general, thanks guys.

Terrible customer support, calls cut out for no reason after 5 minutes and they say its not guaranteed because I use authenticated number so Watch out people if you use your number customer support basically said it wont work and they dont care. After "fixing" it i cant call at all the numbers I had problems with and it stopped recording calls on the CRM. WARNING! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE NO HELP NOTHING WORKS AS ADVERTISED AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE A WASTE OF TIME. DONT WASTE WEEKS OF WORK JUST TO GET A VOIP SYSTEM TO WORK THIS ONE DOES NOT!!!
