This is great. Easy to use and intuitive.

We are still new into this product but it has far exceeded our expectations. Service is fantastic and the product really gives us everything we need. We wanted a product that caters for WABA as well and this ticks all the boxes for us. The best part about it is that it's a native Pipedrive integration so no outside of CRM apps!

After testing several different whatsapp integrations we have settled on HelloSend. The customer service is very good and the pricing is reasonable. I like the fact that you can choose to use whatsapp business numbers (easy QR scan with your mobile to connect) or the more official WABA (which I'm not so keen on as you cannot easily 'chat' with contacts, you must initiate everything using a pre-approved template) - which is OK for marketing but not for following up with sales prospects or providing support for existing clients. There are a few functionalities which I think would improve this - such as being notified when a new message is received (currently you need to have a separate tab open in your browser to check new responses in the inbox) and also the ability to filter messages by Pipedrive user (currently it's a little unclear which user the message relates to as it's a 'catch-all inbox' with limited filtering options. However, I have been reassured by the friendly and helpful team that both of these features are in development right now and will be updated soon. We are yet to use this tool to send bulk marketing messages, however, the good thing is that this can be setup using the internal Pipedrive automations and linking directly to Hello Send using webhooks - which means not having to use up loads of Zaps at extra cost. I would highly recommend giving this a go using the free trial - it's very quick and easy to setup and start using to see if it will help you and your business.

It's great - very helpful! (Just don't let their team on setup put in this rating for you as they tried to do. I did NOT appreciate that!) This is my honest true review after a month of having it. It has greatly helped my workflow. Now SMS can be seen by myself and the full management team so all can jump in as needed. Plus I can send automated reminders for Pipedrive scheduler which is huge! The only issue I am having really is the limitations on hours the SMS is received. I often get SMS outside working hours and then I miss them and that can be a loss for the business. Having Office Hours set would be very helpful.
