# Dialpad integration for Pipedrive
*Dialdrive integrates Dialpad within Pipedrive!*
This app will allow you to leverage the power of Dialpad for your business communications, right from your favorite CRM.
## Make and receive calls without leaving your CRM!
Dialdrive acts as a floating modal within Pipedrive. It comes with an integrated dialer, so you can make calls without leaving your CRM.
When you receive a call, the Dialdrive window will automatically pop up: never miss a call again!
## Advanced logging
You can log inbound, outbound and missed calls to Pipedrive. When a matching person is found in your CRM, the calls will be added to them as activties.
If you want to, you can even create new contacts in your CRM when no match is found. The person will be created using the information from your Dialpad account.
## Voicemails
Someone left you a voicemail? Dialdrive automatically saves it for you alongside your call logs so you can listen to your voicemails from within Pipedrive!
## Requirements
You will need a Dialpad account to use this app. A recent version of the Google Chrome browser is also required.

ive never figured out how to use it till this day. I installed google voice and found out i can click the numbers and google voice will act as an all in in one ringing my phone computer tablet and a land line . The fact dial drive is so difficult to use made me even more fond of google voice. Till date I've been unable to place a single call using dial drive

had to copy paste the number for the app to work. works good but so long.. so many clicks.. I would love to just click on numbers and for it to work fine when I open pipedrive.
