Just started using this app and the customer service is amazing. Booked a call with their team and they took over my screen to handle the syncing of the data fields and gave me next steps to clean it up so I can start using this for invoicing right away. They also provided great advice on a more complicated automation that I requested, providing a workaround as well as details on where on their knowledge base I can find more help. The two support professionals had tons on knoweldge about bookkeeping and CRM which made it easy for them to provide the right suggestions and best practices as I continue the set up and start usingt his integration. Super helpful.

Invoices are synced accordingly, but the attached customers are on syncing, and it would be helpful if the paid status would sync as well. Also, it makes unnecessary duplicates of organizations and people. Overall, a very useful app, but missing some features taht would make it a lot more seamless.

If you use QuickBooks Online, don't even waste your time with Pipedrive's built in QuickBooks connector. You need SyncQ! Because of all the mapping capabilities, you can get everything just how you want it in QB.
Their customer support is super helpful as well! I hopped on a quick call with Deb Borah and Walt and had all my questions fixed in 25 minutes. Way better than trying to figure it all out myself.

Fantastic addition to our Pipedrive CRM platform...truly a time saver and allows our reps to create an invoice within seconds via Quickbooks. I was a bit intimidated at first with how many steps it would be but using the manual option versus the automated option our steps to invoice are minimal...As soon as the send button is pressed, our customer gets the invoice and can now pay instantly using QB invoicing. This is NOT possible without the Syncq.net installation - WELL WORTH the small monthly fee. Saves time, energy and allows my reps more time to do what they love - SELL! Exactly what we need to help our small team be efficient through automation. Set up was actually easier than I had thought, but I hit a road block and the team at SyncQ was quick to help it get resolved. I love how I am able to create my invoices now with a couple clicks instead of doing double data entry. The amount of time saved with this app is unbelievable! You can even email your the invoice from the SyncQ app platform in Pipedrive and it uses your Quickbooks email template. Because our company is Quickbooks Online centric, a robust, affordable CRM with QBO visibility is critical for our sales team. I evaluated a dozen or more CRMs with QBO integrations and third-party integrations like this one from SyncQ. I found Pipedrive with SyncQ to be surprisingly economical and incredibly versatile. SyncQ gives you the freedom to pick which fields to map (including custom QBO fields) and the frequency. It features a full two-way sync of your contacts, products, and transactions. Most QBO / CRM integrations are either terribly expensive or incomplete, i.e., partial or one-way synchronization. Nobody can touch their price for these features.
SyncQ lacks in documentation, but that didn’t turn out to be a big deal because the SyncQ folks configured the entire platform for me. I later figured out how to fine-tune the sync myself. That’s one thing you enjoy about working with SyncQ – excellent support and prompt responses.
